Hint 1 Tap to reveal
Start from the material the board already gives you, then follow the first bottom clue to its trap.
Hint 2 Tap to reveal
Use the 'next to' clues to fill the two middle traps; the unlocked animal clue tells you which one is prepared for the Fox.
Hint 3 Tap to reveal
After the materials and owners are set, the last animal can only go in the one empty cell that remains.

Trickiest clues
Mixing up 'next to'
'Next to' means immediately beside a specific trap, not just somewhere on the grid. Use the starting Wood in Trap A as the anchor so Steel and Plastic don't get swapped.
Starting from the wrong end for Alice
Alice's clue says the rightmost trap, not just the last trap you happen to notice. If you miscount from the left, every later owner and animal will be in the wrong column.
Final check
This level rewards anchoring everything to the starting Wood in Trap A. Once Alice and Dove take the rightmost trap, the 'next to' clues unfold cleanly, and Susan is quickly placed after Bamboo becomes the only material left. Newly unlocked clues should be read immediately, because they turn a partially filled grid into a chain of definite placements. By the end, the last remaining animal fills the only empty cell.
