Hints

Hints unlock one at a time: open Hint 1, and only then does Hint 2 appear. Stop the moment the case clicks.

Hint 1 Tap to reveal

Start with the one cell that is already filled when the puzzle opens; it tells you more about the whole row than it first seems.

Hint 2 Tap to reveal

Person ordering needs exclusion clues, not just direct placement; note who cannot sit next to whom before dragging names.

Hint 3 Tap to reveal

The last few cards are the easiest to mistake. Match every remaining clue against its row and column, and don't assume a leftover belongs to the first empty slot.

Determine Hiker A's mood from the known attributes.

Drag the Excited card to Hiker A's Mood column.

  2. 2 Identify All Hikers' Person Identities 0:12 – 0:22

Place the four hikers' names into the correct Person slots.

Drag Sally to Hiker A's Person column, Jason to Hiker B's Person column, Wayne to Hiker C's Person column, and Tom to Hiker D's Person column.

  4. 4 Fill in Hiker B's and Hiker D's Locations 0:38 – 0:52

Work out where these two hikers are based on the clues.

Drag Cave to Hiker C's Location column, Forest to Hiker B's Location column, and Cliff to Hiker D's Location column.

  5. 5 Fill in Hiker B's Main Gear 1:40 – 1:42

Determine what gear Hiker B is carrying.

Drag the Camera card to Hiker B's Main Gear column.

Trickiest clues

Mixing up row order with Person order

Hiker A/B/C/D are row labels, not names. It is easy to place Sally into the first Person column just because she is the first known name, but the Sally/Wayne adjacency clue is what decides the real order.

Ignoring the location hidden in nationality clues

The Korean/Cave clue links a nationality and a location at the same time. If you lock nationality first and ignore location, Hiker B, C, and D can all look interchangeable until you hit a contradiction.

Final check

This level is a good reminder that one clue can lock two columns at once. Once I stopped treating each category as an isolated mini-puzzle and started re-checking the whole row, the grid filled itself. The final leftover rules are easy to miss, so read every remaining card before dragging.
