The clue says the two highest-numbered lockers share the same top-shelf item. That locks C and E as 88 and 61, because both have a Tumbler on top, so B is left with 44. Don't just assign the biggest remaining number to B because B comes before C in the row list.
Treating 'beside the Number Lock' as a single book slot
The clue 'Umbrella and Books are beside the Number Lock' means A gets Umbrella, while the book slots are handled by B's Doll / Books combo and C's plain Books card. Remember that B's lower shelf is a combined card, not a plain Books card.
