Determine that Wizard E's weapon is Tarot Cards and their hat is at Row3Col4.
Drag the Tarot Cards weapon card to Wizard E's Weapon slot, and drag the hat card at Row3Col4 to Wizard E's Hat slot.

3 Wizard A's hat 0:07 – 0:10
Determine that Wizard A's hat is at Row1Col2.
Drag the hat card at Row1Col2 to Wizard A's Hat slot.

4 Name the five wizards 0:10 – 0:13
Determine A is Sarumon, B is Gundalph, C is Volthemor, D is Ozborn, and E is Bumbledon.
Drag the Sarumon name card to Wizard A's Person slot, the Gundalph name card to Wizard B's Person slot, the Volthemor name card to Wizard C's Person slot, the Ozborn name card to Wizard D's Person slot, and the Bumbledon name card to Wizard E's Person slot.

Determine Wizard A's weapon is Orb, Wizard C's is Wand, and Wizard D's is Broom.
Drag the Orb weapon card to Wizard A's Weapon slot, the Wand weapon card to Wizard C's Weapon slot, and the Broom weapon card to Wizard D's Weapon slot.

Determine Wizard B's element is Water and Wizard A's is Lightning.

Determine that Wizard A and Wizard C both have a Mentorship Fee of $.
Drag the $ fee card to Wizard A's and Wizard C's Mentorship Fee slots (two cards).

10 Finish hats and fees 0:28 – 0:47
Fill in the remaining hat positions and fees so all 25 cells are correct and the level is complete.
Drag the hat card at Row1Col4 to Wizard B's Hat slot, drag the hat card at Row1Col4 to Wizard C's Hat slot, drag the hat card at Row3Col3 to Wizard D's Hat slot, drag the $$$ fee card to Wizard B's Mentorship Fee slot, drag the $$ fee card to Wizard D's Mentorship Fee slot, and drag the $$ fee card to Wizard E's Mentorship Fee slot. When everything is filled, the LEVEL COMPLETE screen appears.

Wizard B and Wizard C both use the hat card at Row1Col4. It can feel like a duplicate location, but that's correct here, so don't mark it wrong or swap it.
Dual elements and fees
Wizard D's Earth / Light is one dual-element card, not two separate entries. For fees, Wizard A and Wizard C both get $, so it's easy to forget the second $ card if you only watch one slot.

The level starts by trusting the weapon locks: the multi-weapon wizard is B, so everything else builds from that. Once the names are set, the remaining row-by-row gaps fill themselves. The only real weird part is the repeated hat card and the dual Earth / Light element. Keep checking empty cells and the final clear is smooth.
