Drag the container picture card from column 2 to Potion A's Container slot.

Column number vs. potion number
The first clue points to the leftmost potion's container, so column 2 belongs to Potion A. Don't treat column 2 as a potion number or drag it to the wrong row; read the Container row as a set of positions.
Very Common vs. Common
The Strength potion is 'readily available in any stores', so Potion C is Very Common. It's tempting to fill Common for a common item, but save Common for Potion D after the four rarity options appear.

Level 248 is all about using elimination and re-reading rows after each placement. The positional clue gives you the first anchor, then the visual details settle the colors. Pay close attention to the rarity wording so Very Common and Common don't get swapped. Once Love and Strength are locked, the remaining purposes and rarities fall into place naturally.
