Three portals are yellow, so a yellow color alone doesn't identify a portal. Anchor Portal D with the 'middle Yellow portal has Cancer sign' clue instead of treating all yellow cells as interchangeable.
The fee adjacency clue can be misread
'Portal B is the most expensive' only sets the $$$ cell. The next clue says the two highest-fee portals are next to each other, so use the positions and the remaining candidate row to place $$, and don't force the unused $$$$ card into the grid.
