Set Animal C as Chipmunk, place its 14m depth, and put Animal A at the Fence.

Depth order trap
The clue says Rabbit's burrow is deeper than Mole's, so Rabbit gets 10 and Mole gets 6. If you give Mole 10 because Mole appears later in the sentence, both depths end up swapped. Keep 10/6 together as a fixed pair.
Bird predator by elimination
The Fence does not neighbor the bird predator, but that only rules out A, because A is at the Fence. A's Fence is far from C, so C safely gets the Owl / Snake dual card. Don't decide the final predators by location vibes; use elimination.

Start from the strongest clue: B's type and predator are fixed, which unlocks the depth pair. Filling locations by elimination becomes easy once the row labels are known. The final predator looks like a coin flip, but the Fence rule and the Fence placement decide it. Keep checking the row headers against the clues and all twelve cells fall into place.
