Drag the Edward / Andre dual-person card to Car A's Nearby Person cell, drag the Harley person card to Car B's Nearby Person cell, drag the Amanda person card to Car C's Nearby Person cell, and drag the Taylor / Tom dual-person card to Car E's Nearby Person cell. Once every cell is filled, the level-complete screen appears.

The Pickup placement trap
The 'not next to the Sedan' clue is meant to confirm, not to explore. Once Car C is the Sedan and Car D is the Truck, fill the known A/B labels first, then E takes the Pickup automatically.
Dual-name card cleanup
Edward / Andre and Taylor / Tom are two-person cards, not separate options. If you drop a single-person card into A or E too early, the Nearby Person row won't fit. Save the whole row for the end and use leftover logic after Ariana is on D.

This level is about following the fixed clues first and letting the leftovers fill themselves. Building names and road signs give the strongest anchors, while the person cards work best as final cleanup. If you trust the grid instead of guessing, every empty cell has exactly one card. The double-name cards are the last small twist.
