Determine that Staff B's work time is Evening.
Place the Evening shift card onto Staff B's Work Time cell.

2 Staff A Is Dave and the Dealer 0:04 – 0:08
Determine that Staff A's name is Dave and the role is Dealer.
Drag the Dave employee name card to Staff A's Person cell, and drag the Dealer role card to Staff A's Role cell.

3 The Dealer Is Alone in the Bar and Works at Dawn 0:08 – 0:12
Determine that Staff A's room is Bar and his work time is Dawn.
Place the Bar room card onto Staff A's Room cell, and place the Dawn shift card onto Staff A's Work Time cell.

4 Place the Three Remaining Names 0:12 – 0:16
Determine that Staff B is Sabrina, Staff C is Melissa, and Staff D is Antonio.
Drag Sabrina to Staff B's Person cell, Melissa to Staff C's Person cell, and Antonio to Staff D's Person cell.

5 Complete the Roles 0:16 – 0:20
Determine that Staff B is Security, Staff C is Server, and Staff D is Pit Boss.
Drag Security to Staff B's Role cell, Server to Staff C's Role cell, and Pit Boss to Staff D's Role cell.

6 Complete the Rooms 0:20 – 0:24
Determine that Staff B and Staff D are in Roulette, and Staff C is in Dice.
Place Roulette room cards onto Staff B's and Staff D's Room cells, and place the Dice room card onto Staff C's Room cell.

7 Complete the Shifts 0:24 – 0:27
Determine that Staff C is Noon and Staff D is Night, completing all 16 cells.
Place the Noon shift card onto Staff C's Work Time cell and the Night shift card onto Staff D's Work Time cell. Once all cells are filled, the completion screen appears.

Dealer's 'alone' clue applies only to the Dealer
It's easy to read 'The Dealer is not in the same room as other staff' as 'every staff member gets a different room.' It only isolates Staff A in the Bar; Staff B and Staff D can still share Roulette. Keep the clue narrow and let eliminations do the rest.
Assuming each role gets a different room
After Security and Pit Boss are placed, it can feel like they should go to different rooms, but the grid forces them both into Roulette. Let the remaining Room cells decide instead of assuming each role needs its own room.

This level is a classic elimination grid with one small twist: two staff members share a room. The already-filled Evening shift gives the starting foothold, and the Dealer's alone-in-Bar clue locks in Staff A. After that, each category is just 'fill what remains.' The key is not to over-interpret the 'not in the same room' clue.
