Story overview
Festival of Promises opens the finale on a celebration: four girls in a lineup — A through D — each with a person, a hair colour, an accessory, a dress pattern and a spot to reach. A princess, a teacher, a bakery worker and a runaway all promise each other something before the night ends.
The arc then turns those promises into conditions: who owes whom, who arrives where, and who breaks the pact. Duty calls, a breach is forced, a ward goes quiet, a platform hides its shadows, and the story closes on a Silent Farewell. Conditional and relative clues dominate — position only matters relative to other answers, and some clues deliberately restate what you already know.

-
01 Festival of Promises
Four girls, five traits each, and a fistful of promises. Trust the initial answers and let the neighbourhood clues chain.
-
02 Call of Duty
The celebration ends and the uniform goes on. Roles and obligations become the puzzle's columns.
-
03 Tactical Breach
A plan breaks against reality. The board rewards mapping every "before / after" clause before submitting.
-
04 Quiet Ward
A hushed recovery room, a very loud clue set. Health, visitors and timing interlock.
-
05 Platform of Shadows
A train platform where every shadow hides an identity. Positional logic peaks in this episode.
-
06 Silent Farewell
The last waltz, played quietly. The finale board ties every conditional promise the arc made.
Questions about this arc
Why do some clues in The Last Waltz reveal nothing new?
They are red herrings that only restate earlier placements. If a clue contradicts nothing and adds nothing, verify your grid instead of forcing a new value in.
What are conditional clues?
Clues whose meaning depends on another placement — "the girl left of the Heart pattern is a princess" only works once you know where the Heart pattern is. Resolve the anchors first, then the conditions.
Is The Last Waltz the final story arc?
It is the third and most narrative of the three arcs released so far. Its finale episode, Silent Farewell, closes the festival storyline; new arcs would appear as game updates.
