Hints

Hints unlock one at a time: open Hint 1, and only then does Hint 2 appear. Stop the moment the case clicks.

Hint 1 Tap to reveal

Start with any 'most/least' clue. Pinning down one extreme customer gives you a row anchor; then treat the empty cells as leftovers.

Hint 2 Tap to reveal

Use the neighbor clue: 'next to Tyler' puts the Gold Bar in one of only two windows, which then forces the jewelry reward into another.

Hint 3 Tap to reveal

When a row has only one empty slot, fill it from the leftover pile; watch for combined cards and repeated icons.

  1. 1 Ken's chips are the max 0:00 – 0:04

Determine that Exchange B has Ken as customer and x5 as chips.

Drag the Ken customer card to Exchange B's Customer slot, and drag the x5 max chips card to Exchange B's Chips slot.

  3. 3 Bob serves Tanaka 0:08 – 0:12

Determine that Exchange D has Tanaka as customer and Bob / Jennie as cashier.

Drag the Tanaka customer card to Exchange D's Customer slot, and drag the Bob / Jennie co-cashier card to Exchange D's Cashier slot.

Determine that Exchange D's reward is Gold Bar and Exchange B's reward is Diamond.

  5. 5 Customers for A and E 0:15 – 0:18

Trickiest clues

Co-cashier cards act as one combined card

The clue 'Tanaka is being served by Bob' can make you reach for a lone Bob, but the actual card is the Bob / Jennie pair. Don't erase Jennie from that card later when you place a separate Jennie at Exchange B.

Combined rewards and repeats

When a row is nearly full, the last empty cell is a leftover, not a guarantee that each icon appears only once. Exchange C takes the Burger / Handbag combo even though Handbag already appears at Exchange A, and Teary Eyes repeats at A and E.

Final check

The puzzle looked like five separate rows, but each clue was just a way to reduce one row's leftovers. The combined cashier and reward cards were the sneaky part, and duplicates such as Teary Eyes and Handbag showed that reuse is allowed. I solved top to bottom and only did the expression row once everything else was fixed.
