Reading 'farthest' as 'not adjacent'
The clue says the Shovel is farthest from the Green flag. Since Green is at D, the farthest castle along the A-B-C-D row is A, not just any castle that isn't touching D. Count positions instead of only checking neighbours.
Confusing Castle B with the Castle shape card
One of the Shape cards is also called Castle, and Castle B's name makes it easy to mix them up. The clue is about B's castle shape, so put the Castle shape card into B's Shape cell instead of treating it as the castle's name.

This level rewards reading the explicit one-to-one clues first. The rightmost/stacked and bucket/B clues created an anchor, then the green/gloves pair made the shovel's position obvious. Using process of elimination on the remaining shape and color rows kept the last tool simple. Trust the leftover cells instead of guessing.
