Reading 'between the 2 darkest' as a color shade
Beige is not physically between the darkest colors. The two darkest uniforms are Navy and Black, and Derick's row sits between them, so his uniform is Beige. Treat it as a position clue, not a shade gradient.
Mixing up the 'no Keys' clue with the Flashlight clue
The Green officer in the Yard does not need Keys, but that clue alone does not give the actual equipment. Once the Navy officer takes the Flashlight, the remaining equipment for the Yard's Green officer is Radio.

This level is classic positional reasoning: pin the cafeteria first, use the distance clue to place the Yard, and the rest of the patrol zones follow. The sneaky part is treating 'between the 2 darkest uniforms' as a row position instead of a color.
