Drag the Desert scenery card to Room C's Scenery slot.

Drag the Coffee Station furniture card to Room B's Furniture slot, then drag the Sky scenery card to Room B's Scenery slot.

Complete Room B's capacity while also filling the remaining scenery for A and D.

The x4 capacity goes into Room B, but that placement comes together with Underwater for Room A and Space for Room D. If you only drag the capacity card and move on, you will leave two scenery slots open. Treat the whole step as one action set.
Guessing the leftover rows
When only Rooms A, C, and D are left in Furniture and Capacity, it can feel like a guess. Check what Room B already has, then use elimination: each remaining card has exactly one empty slot.

The coffee clue then pins down Room B, and once B's furniture and capacity are placed, the remaining scenery for A and D is decided too. The final rows are pure elimination from the cards left over.
