Assign the morning referee on A to Adrian.
Confirm Match A's Match Time cell is Morning, then drag Adrian's referee card to Match A's Referee cell.

Miscounting the half-as-many clue
It is easy to put 4 on B because the clue says 'half as many as match B' — but B has the most players. Solve B as 8 from the volleyball final clue first, then set A to 4.
Rushing the woman referee
The sunset clue is a time/referee combo, so don't drop Minnie just because she is the only woman. Confirm whether D is the remaining Evening slot before dragging her card.
