Put weight 5 on Box B and weight 1 on Box E using the pre-filled labels as anchors.
Drag the 5 weight card to Box B's Weight cell, drag the 1 weight card to Box E's Weight cell, keep Box B's Label as Arrow Up, and keep Box D's Color as Red.

Set Box E's Label to Keep Dry, Color to Aqua, and Destination to Airport.
Drag Keep Dry to Box E's Label cell, Aqua to Box E's Color cell, and Airport to Box E's Destination cell.

3 Fill the Neighbors of the Heaviest Box 0:12 – 0:18
Put weight 4 on Box A and weight 3 on Box C because they are beside Box B, the weight-5 box.

Misreading Arrow Up as a direction
Arrow Up is a pre-filled Label on Box B, not a clue telling you to rotate the whole grid. Treat it as the heaviest box's anchor, or you may drop weight 5 in the wrong place.
Misusing the Keep Dry adjacency rule
The Keep Dry clue only rules out the boxes next to the Arrow Up label; it doesn't name the row by itself. Combine it with the Aqua-to-Airport link so Box E becomes the only option and gets completed in one pass.

This level is a clean example of using fixed clues as anchors: Arrow Up on Box B and Red on Box D give the first weight and adjacency. The Keep Dry/Aqua pair fills the airport row, and the heavier-neighbor rule locks the remaining weights. Once the Museum restriction is applied, the destinations resolve themselves, leaving only a few final color and label placements.
