Start with the staff member whose tool is highlighted at the very beginning, then lock in the experience that pops up for that same row.
Astuce 2 Appuyez pour révéler
Use the pair clue about the Paramedics to pin down two staff members at once, then use the fruit clue to place the red-fruit staff member in the middle.
Astuce 3 Appuyez pour révéler
When only leftovers remain, all remaining cards fill by elimination; watch the Clues counter hit 14/14 before calling it done.

Place the red fruit at D because D is the middle staff member with two neighbors.

Use the Paramedic syringe restriction and the M.D. thermometer clue; the Syringe is left for A because no Paramedic brought one.

Drag Pharmacist to Staff D's Role cell, the Night / Noon dual card to Staff D's Shift Time cell, Surgeon to Staff E's Role cell, and Intern to Staff E's Experience cell.

8 Fill the Remaining Cells and Finish 0:32 – 0:44
Place all leftover tools, break items, shifts, and experience values to clear the level.
Drag Scalpel to Staff C's Tool cell, Tweezers to Staff D's Tool cell, Snack Bar to Staff B's Break Item cell, Donut to Staff C's Break Item cell, Sandwich to Staff E's Break Item cell, Evening to Staff B's Shift Time cell, Noon to Staff C's Shift Time cell, Dusk to Staff E's Shift Time cell, Chief to Staff A's Experience cell, and Expert to Staff D's Experience cell. All 25 cells are now filled and the level clears with Clues 14/14.

Giving the Syringe to a Paramedic
Your first instinct may be to put Syringe on B because his tool is highlighted early, or on C because the Paramedic clues point to both B and C. But the clue says none of the Paramedics brought a Syringe, so it has to wait for Nurse A. Lock the Paramedic roles first, then drag the Syringe.
Forcing the Night / Noon dual card to a single value
When the Surgeon clue points to Night, it is tempting to mark D as Night only. The game leaves D with the Night / Noon dual card, and the later Noon still belongs to C. Trust the dual card and let the leftover cards finish the grid instead of overriding it.
Vérification finale
This level starts with an isolated tool clue, then widens into paired roles and experiences. The Paramedic pair and the fruit clues are the real backbone because they lock B/C and then A/D. The Night / Noon dual card looks strange, but it is the actual final cell, so resist forcing it to a single value. Let the leftovers finish the grid and let the Clues counter confirm 14/14.
