Forgetting the shipwreck in B
The remains of a manmade object are inserted into Aquarium B — B = Shipwreck. Any other decoration for B breaks the clue.
Mixing up the breeding cylinder
The big batch of breeding happened in the tube-like aquarium — C = Cylinder with 10 fish. Giving the 10 to the wrong cylinder breaks the clue.
