The two nature-inspired hues are NOT neighbors — Green and Brown must be separated (A and C). Placing them side by side breaks the not-neighbors clue.
Placing Sam away from the Brown bed
Sam is beside the clinic with the Brown bed, so Sam (D) must neighbor Brown (C). Giving Sam to A or B breaks the beside clue.
Giving the Panic to a clinic other than B
Someone in Clinic B is in Panic mode — B's Teacher Expression is Panic. Putting Panic on C or D ignores the opening clue.
Mixing the Sam-Rash and Wilson-Flu chains
Sam treats a Rash while the neighboring room erupts in coughs, so D = Rash and C = Flu; David cannot understand Wilson (C = David + Wilson + Confused). Swapping these breaks both clues.
