Only ONE other buggy has a higher capacity than A, and C already shows 250 kg — so A must be 200 kg. Putting 250 on A gives it two higher neighbors and breaks the clue.
Making the Red buggy heavier than its neighbors
The Red buggy's capacity is lower than its neighbors'. B = Red must be 150 kg (below A's 200 and C's 250). Giving B 250 or 200 contradicts the clue and collides with the capacity column.
Swapping Jimmy and Richard
Jimmy is moving slowly through the OPENING holes (B = hole 3), while Richard is the one closest to completing the course (D = hole 10). Swapping them breaks both hole placements.
