Gather the first certain facts before touching the grid.
Read all three clues. Remember that Armand's missing part is tied to his nose, the Artist zombie is NOT infected by Virus, and the two extreme walking distances sit at the two ends of the row.

2 Lock Gaby as the ex-Artist with Bacteria 0:06 – 0:12
Set Gaby's Past Life to Artist and her Infection Source to Bacteria.
Drag Artist into Gaby's Past Life cell, then put Bacteria into her Infection Source cell, because the tiny lifeform is not Virus.

3 Place the edge walkers and the half marathon 0:12 – 0:18
Set three Walking Distance cells: Jose = 5, Shane = 34, Sabrina = 21.
Give Jose (left end) 5 km and Shane (right end) 34 km. Then lock Sabrina's Location to Swamp and give her 21 km, because the Swamp zombie covered a half marathon.

Set Armand's Missing Part to Nose.
Drag Nose into Armand's Missing Part cell — breathing through the mouth means the nose is gone.

Set Armand's Favorite Food to Brain.
Among the five dishes only Brain is meat, so drag Brain into Armand's Favorite Food cell.

6 Finish Armand's infection source and location 0:30 – 0:36
Set Armand's Infection Source to Artifact and Location to Laboratory.
Assign Artifact to Armand's Infection Source (Radiation is reserved for Sabrina, Fungi for Shane) and Laboratory to his Location.

Giving Armand the Left Arm
The frame shows a green line pointing at Left Arm in Armand's row, but the mouth-breathing clue means Armand lost his Nose. The Radiation + southpaw clue is the one that gives Left Arm — that zombie is Sabrina. Pair the missing part with its infection clue instead of copying the highlighted cell.
Giving the ex-Artist the Virus
The ex-Artist is infected by a tiny lifeform other than Virus. If you put Virus on Gaby, her Bacteria slot is lost and Jose's Virus gets pushed somewhere wrong. The tiny lifeform here is Bacteria; Virus belongs to Jose.
Forgetting there are two 21 km zombies
The half-marathon distance 21 appears twice (Sabrina and Gaby). After you lock Sabrina = 21 from the Swamp clue, the remaining 21 must go to Gaby while Armand takes 17 — check the two ends rule before filling the column.
