Swapping Navy and Black
The Blue-ish phone is on Black's LEFT — B = Navy and C = Black. Swapping them reverses the left-right clue.
Forgetting A and C hold two widgets
Red and Black phones each hold MULTIPLE widgets (A = Clock + News, C = Weather + Notes). Filling only one widget per slash cell leaves them incomplete.
