Putting the Heart Attack on the edge
Heart Attack needs a bacteria with exactly 2 neighbors, so it must sit in the middle (B or C). Since C is Fever, only B works — placing it on A or D breaks the neighbor count.
Making the Fever bacteria Green
The Fever bacteria (C) is radiant orange — Amber — and both of its neighbors are not Green. Coloring C green contradicts two clues at once.
Growing the leftmost bacteria from Rotten Food
The leftmost Bacteria A does not grow from Rotten Food, so its habitat is Glass; giving A Rotten Food collides with the skin-next-to-green placement for the habitat column.
