The clue says Zoe travelled around Gobi, but Gobi never appears as a card. Match it to the Desert card instead of trying to place a separate Gobi location.
Bowels of the Earth Means Volcano
It may sound like an underground cave, but Cave is already used by Lamp A. The remaining location that fits Mistral's lamp is Volcano, so wait until the forced locations are filled.
