1 Start with the initial clues 0:00 – 0:04
Remember that D is the Circus Tent, the only 3-blade windmill is near a Factory, and the Farm and Circus Tent windmills are next to each other.
Note D=Circus Tent; A=3 blades and A=Factory; C (Farm) is next to D (Circus Tent).

2 Determine blade materials 0:04 – 0:08
Set B=Aluminum, A=Wood, D=Fiberglass.
Drag the Aluminum material card to Windmill B's Blade Material slot, Wood to A, Fiberglass to D.

3 Identify the luxury Gold blade 0:08 – 0:11
Set Windmill C's material to Gold.
Drag the Gold material card to Windmill C's Blade Material slot.

4 Set blade counts for C and A 0:11 – 0:14
Confirm C=8 and A=3.
Drag the 8-blade card to C's Blade Count slot and the 3-blade card to A's Blade Count slot.

5 Assign Grain and even blade count 0:14 – 0:17
Set D=Grain and D=4 blades; also give B 4 blades.
Drag the Grain purpose card to D's Purpose slot, the 4-blade card to D's Blade Count, and the 4-blade card to B's Blade Count.

The clue says it stands alone with no buildings nearby, so its destination is B. It's easy to assume aluminum is common, but the sole no-building slot is the key.
Confusing C and D for Grain/Water
Water is to the left of Fiberglass, so C gets water and D gets grain. Many players swap these because both are near the farm/circus, but the left-of clue disambiguates.
