Purple is not the 5-star item
The clue says the purple pamphlet is beside the 5-star rated item, which can make you drag Top Rated onto the purple pamphlet. It only says those two are adjacent: the Purple background is at C, Top Rated is at D, and C's label is fixed later by the left-of clue.
Discount is left of Red, not equal to Red
People sometimes read 'Discount pamphlet is to the left of the Red one' as 'Discount is the red one.' The Discount label belongs on the left pamphlet and the Red background on the right pamphlet; reversing them conflicts with C's Purple background and D's Top Rated label.
