The clue's 'square door' isn't Door A or the first in line; it's specifically Door B. Attach Purple to Door B, not to whichever door looks like a square in the shape grid.
Reversing the left-of clue
Orange is two columns left of Green, so Orange sits on the left side. If you swap them, the position clue fails; always check from the player's viewpoint.

Start with the 'most fitting' color clue to anchor one door. Then use position clues to separate the remaining two colors, and treat the double mark as a single unit. The on-screen volcano effect gives away the environment instantly, and the rest falls into place by elimination.
