Some slots hold two options like Balloon/Streamers or Abbie/Dylan. They are single cards, so dragging one part is not enough — drag the whole card.
Traffic light order
A to C are painted as traffic lights, so the middle stall must be red. Swapping yellow and green may seem plausible but breaks the clue.
