Determine that Sled E's color is Maroon and its animal is Fox / Wolf.

Determine that Sled C's direction is South and its color is Yellow, and Sled E's direction is North West.

Fill Cargo for Sleds A-D (Toys/Fish/Food/Bomb), set Sled D's Direction to West, and clear the level with all 25 cells correct.
Drag Toys to Sled A's Cargo cell, Fish to Sled B's Cargo cell, Food to Sled C's Cargo cell, Bomb to Sled D's Cargo cell, and West to Sled D's Direction cell. Once all cells are filled, the completion screen appears.

Treating the double-animal card as two separate slots
The answer cell for Sled E is the combined Fox / Wolf card, not just Wolf. The clue says the deep red sled is led by Wolf and another animal, so you need to place the whole Fox / Wolf card; choosing only Wolf leaves the animal row with an unplaceable leftover card and the grid won't balance.
Misreading the 135° direction clue
It is compass-bearing math: Yellow ends up at South (180°) and Maroon at North West (315°), exactly 135° more. It is easy to swap the two or pick the wrong diagonal, but that breaks the direction row and leaves no valid leftover for Sled D.

This level is a good chain-reasoning workout: first lock the forced direction and the Tosca/Reindeer pair, then let the angle clue place the Yellow and Maroon sleds. The double-animal and multi-color cells look exotic, but the grid treats them as single cards, so elimination handles them. By the end, the passenger and cargo rows are simply leftovers, and all 25 cells click into place.
