Lock in the Hidden door and Locker-based Cash before expanding the grid.
Drag the Hidden door card to Vault B's Door Type slot. Keep Vault B's Content slot as Documents. Keep Vault E's Shelf slot as Locker. Drag the Cash card to Vault E's Content slot.

2 Plaid's Neighbor Has Gold and Laser 0:07 – 0:14
Place Plaid, Gold, and the Camera / Laser combo using the neighbor clue.
Drag the Plaid carpet card to Vault B's Carpet Pattern slot. Drag the Gold card to Vault C's Content slot. Drag the Camera / Laser dual-protection card to Vault C's Security Feature slot.

3 Bankrupt Heat Sensor and the Cabinet Between 0:14 – 0:21
Use the bankrupt and between clues to set D's security, D's shelf, and C's carpet.
Drag the Heat Sensor card to Vault D's Security Feature slot. Drag the Cabinet card to Vault D's Shelf slot. Drag the Checkerboard carpet card to Vault C's Carpet Pattern slot.

Place Jewel and Racks / Drawer in A and Crates in B from the cage and neighbor-count clues.
Drag the Jewel card to Vault A's Content slot. Drag the Racks / Drawer combo card to Vault A's Shelf slot. Drag the Crates card to Vault B's Shelf slot.

Place the Circular door in C and the Striped carpet plus Dog in E.

6 Clean Up the Remaining Row Blanks 0:35 – 0:43
Complete all remaining cells and clear 25/25.
Drag the Chevron carpet card to Vault A's Carpet Pattern. Drag the Hexagon carpet card to Vault D's Carpet Pattern. Drag the Hexagon door card to Vault A's Door Type. Drag the Hidden door card to Vault D's Door Type. Drag the Cage card to Vault C's Shelf. Drag the Table / Locker combo card to Vault E's Shelf. Drag the Robot card to Vault B's Security Feature. Drag the Laser card to Vault A's Security Feature. Drag the None card to Vault D's Content. When all slots are filled, enter the completion screen.

The clue 'Plaid carpet vault's neighbor stores Gold and is guarded by Laser' does not say which side the neighbor is on. It is tempting to lock Gold onto the vault to the right of the Plaid carpet, but you still need to check the other blank rows before placing Plaid.
Camera / Laser is one combined card
'Only vault C records all activities' means C's Security Feature is the Camera / Laser combo, not just Laser. Drag the combined card as a single tile, or the Security row will be off and the clue counter won't reach 17/17.

The key is letting prefilled tiles anchor the first decisions and letting the clue counter act as a safety net. 'Neighbor' and 'between' clues need a moment to check both sides, and the combined cards such as Camera / Laser must stay whole. Once the remaining rows are down to two empty cells, the last moves become a smooth cleanup. The final 25-cell grid feels earned.
