Confirm Person A's Occupation cell is Referee, drag the Angry card to Person A's Mood cell, and drag the Excited card to Person B's Mood cell.

Assign Coach to B, Medic to C, and set A's combined drink.
Drag the Coach card to Person B's Occupation cell, drag the Medic card to Person C's Occupation cell, and drag the Beer / Tea combined card to Person A's Favorite Drink cell. Clues progress to 3/13.

Give A 4 years of experience and set B's double drink.
Drag the 4 number card to Person A's Years of Experience cell, and drag the Soda / Milk combined card to Person B's Favorite Drink cell. Clues progress to 7/13.

Set B as the most experienced with 8 years, and assign figure skating to C.
Drag the 8 number card to Person B's Years of Experience cell, and drag the Figure Skating card to Person C's Sport cell. Clues progress to 8/13.

Some people have two drinks (like Beer / Tea or Soda / Milk). Don't forget to grab the combined card, not just one drink, or the clue count won't advance.
Experience order trap
The announcer has less experience than the referee, but that doesn't mean they have the smallest number. Check the remaining values and the hint about the milk lover being max.

This level is all about cross-referencing the occupation with the mood and drink clues. Once you lock A as the referee and his anger, the rest falls into place. Remember that B's excitement ties to milk, and milk lover has the most years. The last empty cells are easy if you stay systematic.
