Misreading the multi-color clue
The clue says purple is next to multi-color, but multi-color could be anywhere. You must also link A's shape to lock its position, then B is the neighbor. Skipping the shape clue may lead to swapping colors.
Forgetting the left-right effect order
Flu is left of Fever, but Zombie is not mentioned in that clue. If you assign Zombie first, you might block B's Fever. Always fill the left-right pair together before assigning the remaining effect.
